experience working with Financial Advisors to help achieve their business goals. Highly
skilled in consulting Advisors on growth strategies, practice efficiency modeling, and
developing high-performing teams. She has also led multiple national and regional
business units as a senior director at her prior organization.
Dennile’s leadership style is consultative-based. She takes the time to listen and fully
understand each Financial Advisors’ unique goals and provide advice with a solution-
based approach that fits their business model. As a former Financial Advisor herself and
spending decades in the industry, she is passionate about helping others succeed.
Dennile is married with three adult children (two daughters and one son). She enjoys
cooking, dining out, and spending quality time with family and friends.
